Service overview

Surface finishing

Our Surface Finishing services offer comprehensive treatments engineered to enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and visual elegance across diverse industrial substrates. From military-grade hard anodizing to automated powder coating, we ensure superior surface integrity.

Our modern finishing line includes automated multi-stage chemical pretreatment, electroless nickel plating, bead blasting, and high-temperature electrostatic powder curing for flawless adhesion.

Every finished lot is validated via ASTM B117 salt spray testing and non-destructive eddy-current thickness measurement, delivering certified longevity in harsh industrial environments.

Color & Hard Anodizing

Decorative color anodizing and hard-coat anodizing reaching 500 HV surface hardness.

Electroless Nickel & Chrome

Uniform electroless nickel deposition into deep blind holes and intricate threads.

Sandblasting & Bead Blasting

Fine matte micro-texture surface prep via glass bead and aluminum oxide blasting.

Salt Spray Corrosion Testing

Chamber testing validating 720 to 1,000+ hours corrosion resistance.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Standard Type II anodizing produces 8–15 µm coatings primarily for aesthetics. Type III Hard-coat is processed at near-freezing temperatures producing 30–50 µm layers with 450–500 HV hardness for extreme wear resistance.
